Finance Business Partner
37 hours per week, All Year Round
NJC Point 35 - 42 (£46,142 - £53,460)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Academy Transformation Trust’s Finance team as a Finance Business Partner.
As a School Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting academy leaders across the Trust, providing high-quality financial advice, challenge and support to enable informed decision-making. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of a portfolio of academies, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust budget management and strong financial controls. Acting as a key liaison with Principals and senior leaders, you will support workforce planning, resource allocation and the delivery of sustainable financial strategies. The role will also be instrumental in driving the implementation and ongoing development of Integrated Curriculum and Financial Planning (ICFP) across the Trust, helping academies align educational priorities with financial sustainability.
