Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.ResponsibilitiesDesign digital experiences for web, iOS, Android, and operator platforms Lead the design of new product features with an emphasis on user-centered design principlesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and requirements into effective design solutionsConduct user research to inform design decisions and test design solutions to ensure user satisfactionDevelop detailed design specifications and design documentation to support product developmentDrive design thinking and design culture throughout the organization, including mentoring junior designers on the teamEnsure design consistency across all products and platforms by developing and maintaining design systemsStay up-to-date with industry trends, design technologies, and emerging design patternsPresent design work and regularly engage with partners for feedback Bachelor's degree in design or related field5+ years of experience in product design, with an emphasis on UX/UI designStrong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experienceProficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch etc.Experience leading design projects from concept to executionExperience identifying customer insights through user research and discovery activitiesExperience developing design strategies that address customer and business problemsStrong understanding of user-centered design principlesExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
