We attract a diverse workforce and the best minds in the world because our expertise thrives on creativity, resourcefulness, and collaboration.KBR is looking for Quantity Surveyor who is involved in Contracts Management & Procurement*** In order to be considered candidate MUST be Saudi National ***Responsibilities:Cost estimation – Prepare preliminary cost estimates based ondrawings, specifications, and project requirements.Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation – Measure quantities and compiledetailed BOQs for estimations.Cost control – Monitor ongoing project costs against budget.Final account preparation – Reconcile all project costs at completion forfinal settlement.Valuations & progress payments – Assess contractor claims and certifyinterim payments.Qualifications:Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.Stakeholder ManagementCommercial awarenessWell organized and proactive with excellent communication skillsProven leadership skills with large organizationsMaturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problemsStrategic thinking, open to new ideasAn ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environmentBelong.
