In this role you will will be responsible for training and enhancing the competencies of our employees. You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our employees. .What You'll Be Doing:Evaluate employees and identify weaknessesIdentify training needs according to needsBased on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career pathsBuild quarterly and annual training program Present all the technical and supply training requirementsPrepare budget for training programs and workshopsEncourage employees for trainingOversee employee attendance and performanceTrack employee success and progressManage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with the marketing teamCommunicate all the training programs on a timely basisHave a program announcement marketing strategyPrepare and deliver training coursesBring guest presenters if necessaryImplement training KPIsPrepare and present reports on training program KIPsWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:13+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar roleExperience with designing training programs and workshopsAbility to lead a full training cycle is preferred.Experience with learning management software is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office and database software.Knowledge of various training and teaching methodsCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsGood communication, interpersonal & time-management skillsFluent in both Arabic and English LanguagesParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
