In this role you will get to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, maintain system integrity and support automation, translating technical outputs into clear, user-friendly insights to enable effective decision-making. You will also support the rollout and adoption of digital tools through training, documentation and troubleshooting, ensuring systems remain aligned with evolving business requirements.What You'll Be Doing:Define and support the development of digital platform structures and data models, ensuring systems (e.g. SharePoint, Aconex) are scalable, well-organised and aligned with business and reporting requirementsGather and document business requirements, translating operational needs into system configurations, enhancements and digital solutionsAdminister and maintain digital systems and data environments, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, governed and aligned with business standardsSupport reporting and analytics by structuring data, enabling data integration and contributing to dashboards and visualisations (e.g. Power BI)Develop and support automation of data processes and workflows using Microsoft tools and scripting (e.g. Power Automate, Python, SQL)Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools and platforms, ensuring alignment with business processes and effective user engagementManage document control platforms (e.g. Aconex), ensuring compliance, consistency and effective information managementTranslate technical outputs into clear, user-friendly formats to support reporting, documentation and communicationCollaborate across teams to enable seamless data flow and integration across systems, reporting and project activitiesSupport end-users through training, guidance and troubleshooting, promoting effective use of systems and toolsContribute to continuous improvement of systems, tools and processes to enhance efficiency, automation and data-driven decision-makingWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform or data analytics tools preferredProfessional membership or recognised certification preferred (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent)2–5+ years’ experience in digital systems, data platforms or reporting environments, ideally within project or delivery settingsStrong understanding and experience using digital platforms and data systems, including Microsoft 365 suite (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate) to support integrated workflowsStrong understanding of SharePoint Online, including site structure, permissions, content management and platform configurationKnowledge of Windows Server and IIS for managing SharePoint environmentsAbility to work with structured and unstructured data, supporting data processing, reporting and analysisFamiliarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g. Power Automate, Python, SQL) to support workflow automation and system enhancementsExperience supporting document control and project systems with focus on data quality and complianceProactive and adaptable, able to operate effectively in fast-paced environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills in English, translating technical concepts into clear, practical outputsAnalytical and problem-solving mindset, identifying issues and driving solutionsCollaborative, working effectively across teams and stakeholdersStrong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and system integrityWell-organised, able to prioritise workload and manage competing demandsWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:Experience supporting digital systems, reporting platforms or data environments in a project or operational settingExperience contributing to dashboards, reporting and data visualisation (e.g. Power BI)Familiarity with project and document management platforms (e.g. Aconex, Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar)Exposure to system enhancements, platform rollouts or digital tool implementations preferredExperience working within project, construction or development environments preferredKey relationships with stakeholders, including: Consultants and Suppliers, Delivery Partners / Project Management ConsultantsParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
