In this role you will get to support the delivery of end-to-end systems integration across multiple technology domains, including Network Management Systems (NMS), Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), Building Management Systems (BMS/SCADA), GIS, ERP/Finance, ITSM, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). Working within an integrated client–PMC environment, you will support interface management, technical coordination, testing, operational readiness, and governance activities for a major program.What You'll Be DoingSupport the Manager of Utilities and Integration Manager in delivering end-to-end integration activities across enterprise and operational technology platforms.Maintain and manage Interface Registers and Interface Control Documents (ICDs), including:Data models and fieldsData direction and frequencyTransport methods (REST, SOAP, MQ, SFTP)System owners and RACI responsibilitiesVersion control and change historyCoordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to support interface development, changes, and integration activities.Facilitate integration coordination meetings, including weekly integration stand-ups, action tracking, dependency management, and issue resolution.Capture business and technical requirements and translate them into integration specifications and technical documentation.Support process mapping activities using swim lanes, sequence diagrams, and workflow documentation.Define and document non-functional requirements including:PerformanceAvailabilitySecurityScalabilityMonitoring and observabilitySupport API governance activities, including:API naming and versioning standardsOpenAPI specificationsAuthentication methods such as OAuth2/OIDCRate limits, retries, idempotency, and audit logging requirementsSupport data mapping and data quality activities, including ETL rules, reference data alignment, validation checks, mapping sheets, and sample payload documentation.Support integration testing activities, including:System Integration Testing (SIT)User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)Integrated Systems Testing (IST)Prepare test cases, test data, defect reports, evidence packs, and support testing sign-off processes.Coordinate environments and releases by maintaining environment matrices, configuration baselines, interface settings, and deployment schedules.Support release planning activities, including deployment coordination, blackout planning, rollback procedures, and change management.Define and monitor integration health metrics, dashboards, alerts, and operational KPIs.Coordinate with NOC, operations, and support teams to investigate incidents, identify root causes, and manage corrective actions.Support cutover and migration activities, including:Migration planningDry runsData migration wavesReconciliation reportsHyper-care support activitiesSupport cybersecurity and compliance requirements, including:Data classificationPDPL complianceEncryption requirementsAccess reviewsThird-party security assessmentsPrepare and maintain integration documentation, including:Interface playbooksRunbooksSequence diagramsOperational handover documentationMaintain integration RAID logs, risk registers, dependency trackers, and decision records.Ensure all integration documentation, approvals, test evidence, and change records are maintained with full traceability in accordance with document control requirements.Support knowledge transfer activities and operational readiness workshops with support teams.Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.What Required Skills You'll BringBachelor's Degree in ICT, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 8+ years of experience in ICT, systems integration, smart city, data center, ELV, digital platforms, or enterprise integration environments.Strong experience managing system interfaces, integration dependencies, and technical coordination across multidisciplinary teams.Experience developing and maintaining:Interface RegistersInterface Control Documents (ICDs)Data modelsAPI requirementsRACI matricesChange control documentationStrong understanding of integration technologies and protocols, including:REST/SOAP APIsMQ messagingSFTPOpenAPI specificationsOAuth/OIDC authenticationData mapping cybersecurity standards, including ISO 27001 and data privacy requirements.Experience coordinating multiple vendors, consultants, and technology providers.Knowledge of digital twin platforms and IoT ecosystems.Experience supporting NOC/SOC operations and enterprise monitoring environments.Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to identify integration
