Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead BIM governance, information management, and digital delivery across major infrastructure, buildings, utilities, and public realm projects within the Qiddiya Delivery Partner Program. You will serve as the primary BIM authority at project level, ensuring contractor BIM execution, Common Data Environment (CDE) administration, model quality, information management, and digital handover comply with Employer requirements, ISO 19650 standards, and program delivery objectives. What You'll Be DoingLead project-level BIM governance and information management activities across multiple projects.Review Pre-Contract and Post-Contract BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) against Employer Information Requirements (EIR), ISO 19650 standards, and project digital delivery requirements.Evaluate contractor BIM Execution Plans and ensure all required BIM Uses, including 3D Coordination, 4D Planning, 5D Cost Management, Asset Information, and Record Models, are fully implemented.Develop and maintain Model Development Specifications (MDS), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP), and Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDPs).Verify Level of Development (LOD) compliance throughout all project stage gates and digital delivery milestones.Maintain BIM requirements traceability registers and monitor contractor compliance with Employer digital delivery requirements.Administer Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms including Autodesk BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Oracle Aconex, or equivalent systems.Manage CDE workflows, user permissions, document approvals, suitability codes, and ISO 19650 information lifecycle requirements.Monitor contractor model submissions, drawings, quantity schedules, and information exchanges to ensure timely and compliant delivery.Authorize progression of project deliverables through CDE workflows following quality assurance and technical reviews.Lead weekly and bi-weekly BIM coordination meetings and multidisciplinary model coordination workshops.Manage clash detection activities using Navisworks Manage and monitor issue resolution through Revizto or equivalent coordination platforms.Audit BIM models for model integrity, coordinate systems, naming conventions, workset structures, mandatory attributes, classification codes, and LOD compliance.Review federated models in native, IFC, and NWD formats to verify model quality and information completeness.Manage interface coordination across disciplines, contracts, and project stakeholders.Review and validate 4D construction sequencing models using Synchro Pro or equivalent software.Verify integration between BIM models and project schedules to support construction planning and sequencing.Review model-based quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and 5D cost integration deliverables.Monitor COBie data quality, Asset Information Models (AIM), and digital asset handover deliverables.Coordinate BIM-to-GIS integration and review GIS deliverables for compliance with Employer requirements.Prepare BIM performance reports covering model quality, clash resolution, CDE compliance, LOD achievement, COBie completeness, and digital handover readiness.Support technical proposals, digital delivery strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate with Digital Delivery Managers, design consultants, contractors, BIM coordinators, cost management teams, and facilities management teams throughout project delivery.Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.What Required Skills You'll BringBachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 12+ years of progressive BIM experience, including 5+ years in BIM management, PMC, supervision, or Owner's Representative roles on major infrastructure programs.Experience delivering projects exceeding USD 500 million in capital value.Expert proficiency with:Autodesk RevitAutodesk Civil 3DNavisworks ManageWorking experience with:ReviztoSynchro Pro (or equivalent 4D simulation software)Advanced administration experience using Autodesk BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Oracle Aconex, or equivalent Common Data Environment platforms.Strong understanding of:ISO 19650 Information ManagementEmployer Information Requirements (EIR)BIM Execution Plans (BEP)MIDP and TIDPIFC SchemaBCF WorkflowsCOBie Data StructuresAsset Information Models (AIM)Experience managing BIM governance, model audits, clash detection, interface coordination, and digital delivery assurance.Experience reviewing multidisciplinary BIM models across buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and public realm projects.Proficiency using Solibri Model Checker (or equivalent) for model validation and compliance reviews.Experience with Bluebeam Revu and/or Adobe Acrobat for document review.Strong knowledge of digital handover, information management, and operational readiness processes.Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration for KSA-based assignments.
