Lead Estimator

Title:Lead EstimatorKnowledge / Experience (Skills)Minimum (10 to 20) years' experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects.Lead the preparation of classified estimates during project development stages. Prepare and manage estimate plans. Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure.Prepare and review cost estimate basis (Productivity Factor, All-in Rates, Material, Construction, etc.).Lead and coordinate with project teams to develop all requirements needed for the TIC Estimate.Review, validate and present cost estimate reports to management and clients. Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage). Familiarization with SAEP-25.Provide guidance and mentoring to estimators and ensure estimating best practices are followed.Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering.Nationality:Any (Prefer Saudi Nationality).
