In this role you will get to work alongside mobility experts in the development of a large city in Saudi Arabia by managing the data supporting mobility governance policies and procedures and strategic transportation models.What You'll Be Doing:Building a wide network of key program stakeholders across development districtsCurates, validates and compiles all digital information and tabular data inputs for consolidation into a common database for applying and reviewing data modelsCoordinates inputs to documents and the strategic transportation modelEnsures a single source of truth for the transportation model dataIdentifies data discrepancies through validation and reconciliation of multiple data sourcesManages identified core datasets (population, employment, land use, transport infrastructure and services) to ensure their mutual consistency and to translate into a common digital format for use in all downstream governance productsCreates maps and visualizations for documentsWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:B.Sc. in a relevant discipline10+ years in data management for planning or transport projects.Expert proficiency with GIS applications, interfaces, and geodatabases (SQLServer/JSON etc.)Experience managing large datasets and automating data processing workflows.Design of model data structures.What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Exceptional technical writing and presentation skillsAbility to work within culturally-diverse team and quickly establish key relationshipsExperience working on giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
