The Construction Manager will provide zone-level construction oversight and assurance within the PMO environment, ensuring effective integration and performance of contractors and PMCMs across multiple concurrent work fronts. The role requires strong technical expertise in civil infrastructure, construction logistics, and large-scale site operations while ensuring program compliance, quality standards, and delivery objectives are achieved.What You'll Be Doing:Monitor and control day-to-day construction performance across assigned zones/packages, ensuring alignment with program, quality, and safety requirementsAct as the primary interface between contractors, PMCMs, and PMO, ensuring seamless coordination of works and issue resolutionLead site-based integration of civils, infrastructure, and hard/soft landscaping works, managing complex interfaces across concurrent work frontsReview and challenge contractor methods, phasing plans, and logistics strategies to ensure feasibility and alignment with program constraintsMonitor and report on progress, delays, and productivity, ensuring timely escalation of risks and underperformanceTrack and manage non-conformances, technical queries (RFIs), and site issues, ensuring closure and alignment with design intentSupport implementation of program-wide construction reporting systems and data capture (PMIS / dashboards)Coordinate access, logistics, and site planning across multiple contractors, particularly in congested, high-activity zonesEnsure contractor compliance with QA/QC, HSE, and environmental requirements, focusing on systems and verification rather than executionProvide input to look-ahead planning, short-term sequencing, and recovery plans across multiple work frontsSupport design coordination and constructability reviews, ensuring buildability and alignment with site conditionsMaintain strong visibility on interface risks (utilities, infrastructure tie-ins, landscape integration) and proactively drive resolutionAssist in contractor performance evaluations and reporting, contributing to objective performance managementWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.20+ years of construction management experience.Extensive experience on major urban development, infrastructure, public realm, or landscape-led projects.Strong technical knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, earthworks, and infrastructure systems.Proven experience working within PMO, client-side, delivery partner, or PMCM environments.What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Experience managing large-scale construction logistics and workforce operations.Experience in high-profile, fast-track project environments.Experience working in the Middle East (preferably KSA) or similar regulatory and climatic conditions is highly desirableParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
