Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Document Controller to join Qiddiya’s Tree Procurement Unit! In this role you will get to perform a specialized document control function, working collaboratively with the QIC Horticulture team to manage project documentation across its full lifecycle.What You'll Be Doing:Act as a point of contact for project teams regarding document control-related issuesCoordinate with document control management for EDMS configuration and support requestsParticipate in quality audits in coordination with QA/QC and relevant stakeholdersSupport the development and rollout of document control tools and systemsProvide input to document control management on requirements, improvements, and reportingAttend regular coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants, and contractorsManage and process all incoming and outgoing project documentation including drawings, specifications, reports, correspondence, and submittalsEnsure proper document control procedures are followed throughout the document lifecycleMonitor and control document revisions, ensuring only the latest versions are available to stakeholdersMaintain accurate and up-to-date logs including transmittals, receipt confirmations, and distribution recordsUtilize EDMS in compliance with established standards and ensure proper metadata taggingMaintain and update Document Distribution Matrix and workflow templates within EDMSConduct spot audits and support teams to improve compliance with document control proceduresProvide training and guidance to project teams on EDMS and document control processesEnsure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standardsAssist in preparing reports, presentations, and final documentation packages as requiredPerform additional document control duties as assigned by project or senior managementWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in document control within construction, engineering, or related industriesStrong knowledge of document control processes, procedures, and EDMS platformsAbility to manage document workflows independently and within a team environmentStrong attention to detail with high organizational capabilityAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:Experience working on large-scale or complex projectsFamiliarity with advanced EDMS tools and workflow configurationStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skillsExperience in training and supporting project teams on document control systemsParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
