In this role you will lead the day-to-day progression of complex hospitality assets from early planning through design, procurement and construction phases. You will drive alignment across stakeholders, establish robust project controls and govern performance to enable informed, timely decision-making. Your focus will be on proactively identifying and resolving project challenges, maintaining programme, quality and commercial objectives and ensuring consistent progress across the project lifecycle.What You'll Be Doing:Lead the day-to-day delivery of complex hospitality assets across planning, design and construction stagesDrive strategic project performance through project controls, monitoring cost, programme, quality, scope and risk, proactively identifying issues, interrogating data, challenging outcomes and driving corrective actionsLead project governance and reporting, preparing submissions and translating data into clear, structured insights and recommendations to support decision-making and secure timely outcomes across key milestonesDrive project execution by coordinating and managing interfaces, dependencies and stakeholders (consultants, contractors, Operators and internal teams), ensuring alignment and that actions and decisions are clearly defined, progressed and closed to maintain delivery momentumDevelop and maintain detailed project management plans, programmes and coordination trackers to support project executionRepresent projects at senior governance and leadership forums, articulating performance, key risks, decisions and mitigation strategiesDrive continuous improvements to project management plans, standards and processes to enhance project performance and delivery efficiency across the wider portfolioLead, mentor and develop project management teams, building capability, accountability and high-performance project delivery behavioursWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline; Master's degree preferredPMP, MRICS, MCIOB, CEng, RIBA or equivalent chartered status (preferred)20+ years’ experience in project management or construction management on major real estate or infrastructure developments10+ years’ client-side or developer-side experienceStrong project delivery and controls expertiseAbility to lead complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilityAbility to influence stakeholders and drive outcomesClear communication and reporting skillsComfortable operating in fast-paced environments, managing ambiguity and shifting prioritiesProactive and adaptable, able to operate effectively in fast-paced environmentsProficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g. Primavera P6, Aconex etc.)What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Proven track record delivering hospitality assets, large-scale or complex developmentsExperience delivering hospitality assets and interfacing with hotel OperatorsExperience across full project lifecycle (planning to construction)Experience working client-side or developer-side within major project environmentsExperience working with consultants, contractors and delivery partnersExperience in KSA / GCC or similar large-scale development environments preferredKey relationships, including: Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers, Delivery Partners / Project Management Consultants, Government Authorities and Approving Bodies, Hotel Operators, including Brand Technical Services teamsParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
