Job Description:Parsons is seeking a proactive HSE Manager to support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs across our projects, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations.What You'll Be DoingSupport the Project/Program Manager in implementing and administering project-specific SH&E programs.Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Parsons' Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP), client requirements, and regulatory standards.Identify workplace hazards and provide recommendations to eliminate or mitigate health and safety risks.Prepare and submit audit, inspection, and incident reports, including trend analysis and performance metrics.Monitor project planning and execution to ensure safe work practices are consistently implemented.Support occupational injury and incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action processes.Deliver SH&E inductions, regulatory training, and best practice awareness sessions for project personnel.Maintain SH&E training records and participate in routine safety meetings and safe work briefings.Liaise with project teams, clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders on SH&E matters.Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as required.What Required Skills You'll BringBachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).Minimum 15+ years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.Working knowledge of applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and reporting requirements.Familiarity with industry standards such as ANSI, NFPA, and other relevant safety codes.Experience conducting site inspections, audits, hazard identification, and risk assessments.Knowledge of incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action processes.Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and promote a positive safety culture.What Desired Skills You'll BringExperience delivering SH&E training and safety awareness programs.Familiarity with corporate SH&E management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.Ability to analyze safety trends and recommend proactive risk mitigation measures.Relevant professional Health & Safety certifications are an advantage.Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
