Senior Specialist – Marketing Business Partner (Healthcare Industry Exp)General Job InformationJob Title: Senior Specialist, Marketing Business Partner Department: Marketing & CommunicationsRole SummaryThe Senior Specialist, Marketing Business Partner supports business units and service lines by translating commercial and operational priorities into targeted marketing initiatives. The role executes campaigns, supports customer acquisition and engagement, manages marketing coordination, and analyzes campaign performance to enhance brand visibility and business outcomes.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Planning & Business AlignmentPartner with assigned business units and service lines to understand priorities, target audiences, service offerings, and commercial objectives. Translate business needs into marketing plans, campaign briefs, content requirements, and activation calendars. Support development of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business growth priorities. Ensure marketing initiatives are coordinated with service launches, seasonal campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities. 2. Campaign Execution & ActivationPlan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, on-ground, and internal channels. Coordinate campaign timelines, creative requirements, approvals, budgets, and deliverables. Support execution of service launches, membership campaigns, promotional offers, events, wellness programs, and sports activations. Work with agencies, internal creative teams, media teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery. Ensure campaigns are executed in line with brand standards, messaging guidelines, and business objectives. 3. Customer Insights & Performance AnalysisAnalyze customer segments, behaviors, campaign performance, conversion rates, and engagement trends. Provide insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and campaign effectiveness. Monitor leads, inquiries, bookings, membership uptake, event participation, and other marketing-related outcomes. Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend optimization actions. Use customer feedback and market insights to improve marketing relevance and targeting. 4. Brand, Content & Messaging SupportSupport development of content for campaigns, service brochures, website pages, social media, CRM communications, and presentations. Ensure all marketing materials reflect approved brand identity, tone of voice, and service positioning. Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of medical, sports, rehabilitation, performance, or wellness content. Support storytelling around QHC’s value proposition, customer experience, and integrated service offerings. 5. Stakeholder & Agency CoordinationAct as a coordination point between Marketing and assigned business units. Manage day-to-day communication with agencies, vendors, internal teams, and service line stakeholders. Track approvals, feedback, and campaign dependencies to ensure smooth execution. Support procurement and vendor coordination for campaign-related activities when required. 6. Event & Partnership Marketing SupportSupport marketing activations for sports events, community programs, medical screenings, wellness initiatives, and partner collaborations. Coordinate promotional materials, messaging, customer communications, and post-event reporting. Work with partnerships and operations teams to maximize reach, participation, and engagement. Key Performance MatrixDeliver marketing campaigns on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Improve customer acquisition, lead generation, bookings, membership uptake, and engagement outcomes. Increase campaign effectiveness through improved targeting, messaging, and optimization. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Provide reliable campaign reporting and actionable insights. Strengthen collaboration between Marketing and business/service line stakeholders. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 6–8 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, business partnering, brand activation, or customer engagement. Experience in healthcare, wellness, sports, hospitality, entertainment, or customer-facing sectors is preferred. Strong experience in campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, digital marketing, and performance reporting.
