£25,583 - £25,989 per annum pro rata

Actual salary- £17,921.38- £18,205.79

Start Date - September/October 2026

St Christopher’s Catholic Primary Academy is a popular academy located in Codsall. As a school, we have strong Catholic values which are evident in all aspects of school life.

We are looking to appoint a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our happy and forward-thinking academy. The successful candidate will work under the direction and instruction of senior staff to provide a warm, professional front-of-house welcome and efficient administrative support.

The successful applicant will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional reception service.

  • Assist with general office duties, including managing incoming telephone calls, responding to emails, distribution of mail, and maintaining school databases and registers.

  • Maintain secure visitor entry protocols, monitor attendance, and help ensure the safety and welfare of children within our care.

  • Ensure a clean, tidy, and organized reception and office environment conducive to fostering good Health and Safety practices.

  • Contribute to and support the strong Catholic ethos of our academy.

  • Work in close partnership with pupils, staff, parents, and governors.

All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and pre-employment medical clearance.
