Job description
- Strong pastoral experience in an educational setting, with a proven ability to support student welfare, behaviour, and attendance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of building positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and external agencies.
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and the ability to manage complex student needs with professionalism and care.
- Organised, proactive, and solution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and lead a year group effectively.
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)in English and Maths, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
