Job description

We are looking to appoint an organised, resilient and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. Working under the direction of the Cover Manager and teaching colleagues, you will oversee learning activities, maintain positive behaviour and ensure students remain engaged with work that has been set.

The successful candidate will be confident managing groups of students, able to build positive relationships and committed to supporting high standards of behaviour, attendance and learning. This role is ideal for individuals considering a future career in education or those with experience working with young people in a school setting.
