Job description
Due to the expansion of our professional support staff team, we are recruiting a number of professional support staff roles.
Faringdon Community College is seeking to appoint a motivated, hard-working, enthusiastic, and passionate individual as a Cover Supervisor, to support staff and students during the planned and unplanned absences of the teachers. We are looking for someone who has high expectations of all students and is committed to raising educational standards and achievement.
This position is an essential support role, suited for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage and motivate students, and will have the ability to build effective working relationships with young people, to support their learning in the classroom environment. Flexibility is key, providing cover in a range of subject areas.
