Job description

Lady Seawards Primary School are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum.


  1. To deliver targeted interventions.
  2. To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
  3. To work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school
  4. You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion
  5. There will be some aspects of working with SEND pupils 1:1 or small group work.


We are also looking for a Wraparound Care Worker to work in out afterschool club Monday to Friday until 5.15pm each day. The Teaching Assistant role and Wraparound Care Worker roles can be combined to a 40 hours per week contract. Please state on your application if you would like to apply for both roles.


This is a fixed term contract until the 31st August 2027
