Job description

A Level 2 Teaching Assistant at Hilltop Primary Academy plays a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing, working closely with teachers to help every pupil achieve their full potential. At present, the academy is recruiting for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant within its nursery provision, providing high-quality support to ensure the effective delivery of early years education.

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Level 2 Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will have experience of working with children, strong communication skills and a commitment to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
