Machine Operator

- Operate and monitor machines according to SOPs
- Follow all safety rules and use PPE
- Perform quality checks and report any issues immediately
- Complete production and quality reports accurately
- Adjust machine parameters within limits and troubleshoot minor issues
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic maintenance
- Apply 5S standards and keep the work area organized
- Handle materials and support efficient production flow
- Execute machine changeovers correctly and on time
- Provide clear handover between shifts
- Meet daily production targets and minimize downtime
