Sales Manager

Job Description:
- We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the operations and maintenance (O&M) sector across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the O&M industry, a proven track record of acquiring new clients, and a deep understanding of the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our client base and achieve sales targets within the operations, maintenance, and cleaning services sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building a strong network and pipeline of potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
