- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and driving sales of our ISO certification services. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in sales within a similar industry, exceptional persuasive abilities, and a strong focus on client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
- The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand GCA's client portfolio within Saudi Arabia. This includes developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored ISO certification solutions. The role demands achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and execution. The specialist will conduct compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of GCA's services, and will negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Furthermore, the Sales Specialist will stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges, collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
